Wesley Robinson

Wes grew up in Gainesville and is a graduate of Gainesville High School. He received a B.A. in Public Policy in 1991 from the University of Chicago, and graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1994.

He returned to Gainesville after law school and practiced law as a partner at another local firm.  He left that firm and joined Hulsey, Oliver & Mahar as a partner in 2007.

He has a practice concentrating on business disputes, and a wide range of real estate related matters, including boundary disputes, quiet title actions, title insurance claims, real estate contractual disputes, fraudulent conveyances, commercial landlord tenant disputes, and issues involving real estate finance, zoning and land use planning. He additionally handles commercial real estate transactions and Estate Administration.

He is a member of the local bar association and active with the Wycliff Orr Inns of Court.

Wes is committed to involvement in his hometown community. He is an elder at the First Presbyterian Church and active with the Gainesville Kiwanis Club. He has been involved with Habitat for Humanity for years, twice serving as president of the local affiliate. Additionally he has served on the Board of Directors for United Way of Hall County, Centerpoint Christian Education Center, and the Rehabilitation Institute of North Georgia. He has also served as an Assistant Scoutmaster at Boy Scout Troop 16.
