Madeline S. Wirt

Madeline Wirt graduated from Georgia State University College of Law in 1987 and placed first in her class every year. During the summer following her second year of law school she was hired by the law firm of King & Spalding as a summer clerk. At the end of the summer clerkship, Ms. Wirt was offered a full time position at King & Spalding, where she practiced until 1990 when she and her husband and two children moved to Gainesville. Ms. Wirt now has over 30 years’ experience as a Business lawyer, with expertise in all areas of business, including: Mergers and Acquisitions; Restrictive Covenants; Employment Law; Regulatory Compliance; and Contracts. Ms. Wirt serves on the Board of Directors of the following organizations: Rahab’s Rope, Inc.; Stillwater’s Counseling, Inc.; and the Foothills of Georgia Chapter of SHRM (Society of Human Resources Managers). Ms. Wirt is a member of Lakewood Baptist Church. Ms. Wirt’s husband, Rob is a retired family practice physician. Madeline and Rob are blessed with two children and two young grandchildren.
