
Carol Capps
Carol Capps joined the firm in 2024, following her graduation from the University of Georgia School of Law. She graduated Cum Laude from Clemson University in 2021, earning dual degrees in Economics and History. While in law school, Ms. Capps was a graduate research assistant for Associate Dean Nathan Chapman and participated in the Jane W. Wilson Family Justice Clinic. She has experience working as a legal intern at Atlanta Legal Aid and at the Zimring Law Firm. She also participated in the First Amendment Clinic at the University of Georgia, as well as assisting in the Athens-Clarke County Attorney’s Office.
Ms. Capps serves as a volunteer with Meals on Wheels. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her miniature dachshund, Jimmy.
