J. Luke Surowiec

J. Luke Surowiec joined the firm in 2026 following his graduation from the University of Georgia School of Law. He earned his undergraduate degree from Young Harris College, where he competed as a member and captain of the college’s cross-country team. There, Mr. Surowiec majored in Spanish and minored in English.

While attending law school, Mr. Surowiec volunteered with the Veterans Legal Clinic, assisting veterans with legal matters during his 2025-2026 academic years. He also gained practical legal experience as In-House Counsel for Tropical Smoothie Cafe in 2024 and through working with the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office in 2025.
Mr. Surowiec was admitted to practice in October of 2026. His diverse academic background and practical legal experience provide him with a well-rounded foundation for serving the firm’s clients.

Mr. Surowiec is a volunteer with Meals on Wheels and is a new resident of Gainesville. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring the community, and staying active through fitness and regular workouts at his local gym.
